Whats the aim of the Activity?
The aim of the Tyrolean traverse is to get yourself across a gorge or other open expanse or deep ravine. There are two ropes one over the top of the other, onto the ropes are attached pulleys which are then attached to your harness using karabiners and slings. Using these pulleys you have to get yourself across to the other side either under your own steam or by being pulled by a rope by your other team members
