What do i need to know about cycling clinics
Whats the aim of the Activity?

Cycling clinics are a way of giving individuals and groups an awareness of all aspects of cycling. This can be done at a venue chosen by you or one of the many venues we use. Basic road safety, balance and coordination and cycle maintenance are just a few aspects of the sessions. Cycling clinics are for all ages. We run sessions for youth leaders who would like to learn skills to pass onto their youth group and sessions for a wide range of groups for example, junior schools, secondary schools, brownie groups, beaver and scout groups.

What does the activity include?

Instruction and waterproof clothing. Participants learn on their own bicycles and will need their own helmet.

Where does the experience take place?

We have venues throughout the north west of England.

What should I wear?

We supply a Waterproof Jacket. You will need to wear something warm and comfortable underneath. Dont forget your helmet

How long should I allow for this experience?

The cycling sessions can be either a 3 hour half day session or 6 hour full day.

When does the activity take place?

We are available 7 days a week for culvert scrambling, all year round.

Are there any restrictions?

There are no real restrictions, for individuals with disabilities we will choose a venue to suit your needs and extra staffing can be made available on request.

What about the weather?

The weather would need to be really bad to stop our sessions; if it turns bad on the day we would try to have an alternative activity on hand.

Can I bring spectators?

You can bring spectators; we would advise them of a safe area to view the activity
